Your automation and AI project · Stage 2/4
Help your teams work with AI every day.
We prepare managers and salespeople to use AI solutions: make a request, check an output and know when to intervene. We organise field trials, training and support after launch.
Support what changes for each team.
We examine the effects on roles, workload, client relationships and cooperation between departments. We bring difficulties and disagreements into the open so they can be addressed before they hold up implementation.
- Leadership and governance
A sponsor, decisions to make and named owners for trade-offs and follow-up.
- Managers and local champions
Managers prepared to explain the change, support practice and raise issues encountered in the field.
- Working practices and responsibilities
Explicit rules for what AI prepares, what the salesperson checks and who approves an action or message to a client.
- Cooperation and recognition
Consistent objectives and contribution rules across teams, particularly when a customer journey spans several channels.
- Skills and support
Training linked to real tasks, accessible materials and a named contact for help.
Prepare the teams, test in the field, then roll out.
Support starts while the project is being defined and continues after launch. User feedback informs changes to working practices and, where needed, the solution itself.
- 01
Understand the impact
Meet the teams involved, identify changes to roles or workload and understand their concerns. Agree responsibilities and conditions for success with leadership.
- 02
Prepare with managers
Develop working practices with users and local champions. Prepare briefings, training materials and coaching sessions; clarify information-sharing rules.
- 03
Test before wider rollout
Run a pilot on representative situations. Ask users to test workflows and tools, record difficulties and make corrections before deciding on rollout.
- 04
Support continued use
Train teams, provide additional support at launch and establish review sessions. Hand over materials and responsibilities so managers can continue the work.
Clear responsibilities and an organised support plan.
- A map of affected teams, impacts and points to watch.
- A rollout plan covering the sponsor, owners, local champions, stages and conditions for wider deployment.
- Communication, training and coaching materials adapted to work situations, incorporating pilot feedback.
- A post-launch support process covering assistance, issue reporting, decisions on adjustments and handover to managers.
Check that teams can work with the new practices.
Attendance at training alone does not establish adoption. We observe use, the ability to complete tasks and persistent difficulties. The indicators help improve the programme; they do not rank employees.
- Getting started
- Teams can complete the relevant tasks and know whom to ask for help.
- Use and quality
- Teams use the new practices in their work; we review errors, workarounds and rework.
- Team independence
- Managers have the materials, handle routine difficulties and continue coaching sessions.
Which change do your teams need to adopt?
Let’s review the teams involved, the AI use cases and the support needed to make them part of everyday work.
Trials with your teams clarify what AI should handle and which approval steps the solution needs.
