Sales strategy, advisory and coaching

Your automation and AI project · Stage 1/4

Choose where AI can improve your sales work.

We review your customer journey and your teams’ work to choose tasks to automate and AI use cases to deploy. You get priorities, a feasibility assessment and a roadmap.

Scope

Assess AI use cases through the work they support.

We review your objectives, customer journey and available data to prioritise automation and AI use cases. The C.A.R.T.E. framework structures this business assessment.

  • Clarity

Sales objectives, target clients and priorities shared across the teams.

  • Attractiveness

The value proposition, offer, brand story and arguments that influence the purchase decision.

  • Reach

Client segments, sales channels, the buying journey and continuity of follow-up in the CRM.

  • Trajectory

Growth opportunities, the resources required and the choices needed to make them achievable.

  • Execution

Responsibilities, management practices, processes and tools that enable action.

Approach

Understand the situation, choose priorities and turn decisions into action.

We assess sales value, technical feasibility and the changes needed before recommending a rollout. You can commission this advisory assignment on its own and then choose who handles implementation.

  1. 01

    Frame the question

Clarify the decision to make, the scope, the people involved and the expected results. Identify the data to examine and establish a baseline.

  2. 02

    Establish the diagnosis

Compare objectives with customer journeys and the work people do. Identify gaps in follow-up, unclear responsibilities, repeated tasks and difficulties in selling.

  3. 03

    Agree priorities

Compare AI use cases and automation by sales value, cost and feasibility. Check the data, tool access and human approvals required.

  4. 04

    Prepare implementation

Set out the roadmap and responsibilities. Where the need concerns selling, work through situations with the teams: discovery, value-based selling, objections, negotiation or client follow-up.

Deliverables

An evidence-based diagnosis and an actionable roadmap.

  • A summary of findings supported by interviews, observations and available data.
  • A selection of AI use cases and automations, with their business value, feasibility and prerequisites.
  • A rollout roadmap covering pilots, owners, data, budget and acceptance criteria.
  • Where the assignment includes coaching: sales scenarios, feedback guidelines and a practice programme. An in-person workshop brings together five to eight salespeople for 90 minutes.
Evaluation

Define the decisions and improvements the assignment should support.

We agree the criteria with you before starting. We review sales results over an agreed period, taking the context and other ongoing actions into account.

Decisions and responsibilities
The team has agreed priorities, assigned an owner to each action and identified the resources required.
Quality of sales work
Meeting preparation, discovery, agreed next actions or follow-up time, depending on the subject addressed.
Business result
Conversion, repeat purchase, account growth or another indicator you track, with a baseline defined at the outset.

Which AI use cases are worth your investment?

Tell us which tasks take up your teams’ time and what results you need. We will agree the scope of the assessment.

The priorities and roadmap guide team preparation and define the automation to develop.
