Improve sales and service in your stores.
Train advisors with Chiara, prepare clienteling follow-ups and find product information: we develop these AI use cases with your teams and integrate them into store work.

François Fournier has worked at Cartier, Tiffany & Co. and Roland Berger. With Valentin Manès, who leads technical development, he combines this experience in sales and omnichannel operations with expertise in AI.
Let’s discuss your AI projectAssignments covering sales, management and operations.
We start with your store situations: a collection to launch, price objections, clients to reconnect with or a manager choosing what to practise with the team.
Sales and product knowledge
Welcome clients, understand the purchase occasion, explain the price and suggest a complementary piece. We work on how to talk about products and the brand based on what the client wants.
Managers and networks
Prepare team briefings, run Monday coaching sessions and support new advisors. We help managers choose a situation to practise and track the actions agreed.
Client relationships
Prepare an appointment or private presentation, retain useful information and keep commitments. We agree with you on the follow-up advisors should provide between meetings.
In-store operations
Organise launches, events and window changes. We define tasks, owners and approvals, then assess what can be automated.
Define the practices to improve, then work on them with the teams.
We review your sales journey, materials and store organisation with leaders and managers. We make recommendations, set priorities and prepare an implementation plan with responsibilities and expected results.
You can commission this advisory assignment on its own or ask us to support implementation.
An in-person workshop: 90 minutes, five to eight advisors.
Participants work on situations they encounter in store: starting a conversation, responding to a price objection, suggesting product combinations or telling the brand’s story. We build the exercises around your products and service standards.
With the manager, we choose points to revisit at the next briefing and exercises to continue. Voice-based practice with AI can extend the work between workshops.
Solutions we build around your teams’ work.
We define the use case, authorised content and expected result with the people involved. Depending on the assignment, we develop a practice tool, assistance for advisors or automation of preparation and follow-up tasks.
Practise out loud
The advisor speaks with an AI-simulated client in a scenario prepared for your retailer. They can ask the coach for help, revisit part of the conversation and try another response.
Find product information
We prepare assistance from your approved content: materials, care, the story of a piece or available services. We define the reference sources and what to do when information is missing.
Prepare briefings and coaching topics
Using authorised feedback, we can automate preparation of recurring-question summaries and briefing materials. The manager chooses which topics to revisit with the team.
Prepare a meeting and its follow-up
We can gather the authorised context before a visit, then prepare a summary and draft message from the advisor’s debrief. They check the facts, personalise the message and manage the client relationship.
Organise an event or launch
We can automate schedule preparation and tracking of tasks, deadlines and approvals. We agree with your teams which actions to carry out and which require their approval.
We choose the access channel with you. Some assignments, including practice, can start from your materials without a CRM connection. Uses that require client data, stock information or calendars involve a specific assessment of access and integrations.
We do not ask you to record conversations with clients. The advisor debriefs after the conversation and checks the documents before using them.
Prepare a collection launch across your network.
Your teams have the launch materials. You want to help them present the pieces, respond to hesitation and suggest combinations suited to the client.
Define the scope with retail leadership
We choose the sales situations to practise, the stores involved and the observation criteria. We prepare selling guidelines and the managers’ briefing.
Give advisors time to practise
We run a workshop based on the collection. If you choose AI practice, we prepare simulations using your content and the languages agreed for the project.
Support managers after the launch
We organise coaching sessions and review feedback from stores. We adjust exercises, materials and deployed solutions with your teams.
An illustration of a possible assignment. Scope and deliverables depend on your objectives; this example does not describe an achieved client result.
Choose what to measure before we start.
We agree on the scope, starting point and observation period. Depending on the assignment, we review team adoption, service quality, follow-up time or your sales indicators: conversion, average transaction value and cross-selling.
For automation, we track the time and cost needed to support a new task and the share of outputs accepted without rework. We organise operations and maintenance through an annual service, with arrangements for handover or bringing operations in-house.
