A phone in a dashboard cradle, seen from the driver seat: the screen shows an outgoing call in progress to Prestance, with the speaker, mute and end-call controls below it. A forearm rests on the steering wheel at the edge of the frame; through the windscreen, a blurred street of pale stone buildings and bare trees on an overcast afternoon.
Sales teams working away from a desk

The AI for the work that happens away from a desk.

You sell away from a desk, and the admin eats the day. Prestance is one AI on the phone you already carry. It writes the record, hands you the brief and keeps the debrief off your evenings.

No app to install  ·  No client recording  ·  Hosted in the EU
One system, not a menu of tools

It builds what you ask for.

Prestance is one system on the phone you already carry. It writes the record after a visit, hands you the brief before the next one, and shows what the whole team keeps hearing. Ask for something new and it builds that too.

A woman in a dark tailored coat stands beside a car in a boutique car park at dusk, seen from behind and in profile. She holds a phone near her mouth and is speaking; the phone screen is dark and blank. A street lamp casts warm orange light on the wet tarmac, and a lit shop front glows out of focus behind her.
01

Talk, and the client record writes itself

Stop typing visit reports into complex forms and software.

You just talk — in the car, on the pavement, between two appointments — and the assistant asks the follow-up a colleague would, then writes the client record, the report and the dated follow-up. Nothing to install: a phone number, WhatsApp, or email. The admin is done before you get home.

Seen over his shoulder, a man in his thirties in a dark grey wool overcoat walks down a narrow cobbled street of pale stone facades, head tilted down, reading a plain messaging thread of grey bubbles on the phone in his hand.
02

Walk in knowing more than the client expects

Nobody enjoys spending an hour digging through emails, notes, WhatsApp and the CRM to recall what they need before a client meeting.

Ask out loud on the way in and you get it: what they bought, what was said last time, what changed since, and what you have now that answers it. If it is the hard one, run it once first against an AI playing them. You arrive prepared instead of blindfolded.

A woman sits alone in the driver's seat of a parked car, seen in profile from the passenger seat, speaking with the phone held in her hand near her mouth. Low golden sunlight through the side window rims her hair and shoulder; a blurred street of pale stone buildings shows through the windscreen.

Spot the objection that is spreading, before it costs you deals

The objection that is starting to spread, the competitor who keeps coming up, the product question nobody can answer yet — all of it lives in conversations nobody wrote down.

Every debrief adds a line to what the company knows. Your manager sees the pattern across the team, never one person's call. You see it on your own accounts. Act while the signal is still a signal.

For managers

The knowledge stays when the advisor leaves.

Most of what your team learns about a client never reaches a system: it lives in one person's head and walks out with them. Here it is written the same day, on the same account, by the person who was there. Nothing for the floor to install: the team view is yours. You open it on Monday morning, see the team, and get the brief, the prep and the debrief by voice too.

  • Where the team is losing the conversation this week, and what to coach on Monday.
  • Your own copilot: brief, prep, debrief and commitments, by voice.
In your stack

Nothing to set up. Better data from week one.

There is no integration project: reps talk to a phone number and the entry comes back written, with the right fields on the right account. IT and CRM managers like that, and adoption goes up because filling the CRM stopped being work.

We start from the tools your team already runs and fit Prestance around them, not the other way round. If you run a CRM, it stays the system of record: today the written entry comes back by email, ready to paste in, and the connectors — Salesforce, HubSpot and the rest — are in build, none of them live yet.

No CRM yet? You actually don't need one — Prestance retains everything and runs the clienteling workflows natively.

We never record your client. No microphone is ever in the room with them, and no client conversation is transcribed: the rep debriefs afterwards, in their own words, and that debrief is the only thing we hold. Data is hosted in the EU, and the product is built to GDPR and the EU AI Act.

FAQ

The questions we get every time.

Do you record our client conversations?

No. No microphone is ever in the room with your client, and no client conversation is transcribed. Whatever Prestance knows about a meeting, the rep told it afterwards, in their own words, and that account is what becomes the CRM entry and the recap. Data is hosted in the EU, and managers see the team, not one person's recording.

Do our teams have to install another app?

No. Prestance answers on a local phone number, by email, and on WhatsApp or SMS. A rep calls it the way they would call a colleague, and there is nothing for IT to deploy, provision or support. There is an app if you want one, but nobody has to install anything for this to work.

What does it cost, and what do we commit to?

€49 per rep per month, everything included. The free plan gives you unlimited voice, 2 deep researches a month and a 60-day memory. No setup fee, no seat minimum, monthly, cancel any time. For teams, the per-rep price drops as the team grows.

See it on one of your own meetings.

Thirty minutes. Bring one appointment your team finds hard, and we will run it end to end: the brief before, and the write-up after.
