Our mission

Give every advisor the best sales coach retail has ever had.

Prestance gives every retail advisor an AI coach that knows the brand, the products and the clients. They rehearse the hard conversations, get answers in seconds, and walk into every appointment prepared.

The coach is step one. We are building the all-in-one retail performance platform: everything that makes a store team sell, in one place.

The blind spot

The event that drives the business is the one no one measures.

Stores still drive around 80% of luxury revenue. The conversation between advisor and client is the single most important event in that business, and it is almost entirely unmeasured. The till tells you what sold. The CRM tells you what someone wrote down. Neither tells you about the exchange that closed the sale, or the one that lost it.

The best advisors carry their instincts in their heads. When they leave, the knowledge leaves too. We think that ends here.

What we build

One coach in every advisor's pocket.

The coach speaks the brand's language, knows its products, and is there whenever an advisor needs it. Three things it does today.

01 · Rehearse

Practice the hard conversation before it happens.

Hyper-realistic roleplays in the brand's voice: the client who hesitates on price, the anniversary gift, the new collection pitch.

02 · Ask

Answers in seconds, any time.

Price objections, upsell moves, product positioning. The coach answers the way the house's best seller would.

03 · Prepare

Ready for every appointment.

A VIP tomorrow, a launch day, a delicate follow-up. The advisor briefs the coach, and the coach preps them for that exact conversation.

Behind the coach, we are building the all-in-one retail performance platform. In a pilot, we agree on the one sales number a brand wants to move, and we measure it at the till.

The product

A rehearsal that feels real.

Three minutes a day on the advisor's phone. Voice-first, private by default, always in the brand's voice. Here is what the advisor sees.

Who it's for

Built for the people who own the store numbers.

Prestance is bought by Retail Excellence and Retail Performance Directors, Country Retail Directors, and Store Directors. The people accountable for what happens in the store this quarter. They give their teams a coach, and they see the effect on the numbers they own: conversion, units per sale, a new collection.

Luxury is where we start. Highest stakes per conversation: one exchange can make or break a 10k sale. The same coach works wherever people make the difference: prestige beauty, hospitality, private banking, premium retail.

What we believe

The store is still where it happens.

Stores drive roughly 80% of luxury revenue. The client and advisor conversation is the most important event in that business. Until now it has been almost entirely unmeasured.

Selling is craft, not script.

Reading a person and building trust under pressure cannot be flattened into a checklist. We measure the skill as it actually is.

The manager is the multiplier.

AI opens the coach's blind spots. It does not replace the coach. Every insight lands as one clear action the manager can run on the floor.

Privacy is architectural.

Advisors only practise honestly when their stumbles stay their own. Managers see themes and progress across the team, never the individual replay.

Where we're headed

The sales floor has been a black box for as long as there have been stores. We are opening it. One conversation at a time.
